CKE Restaurants Inc.: Two longtime shareholders in the Anaheim-based parent company of the Carl’s Jr. hamburger chain have sold a total of 350,000 CKE shares at between $10.125 and $13 per share, according to recent Securities and Exchange Commission filings. Dito-Carree LP and Dito-Devcar Inc., which are controlled by Newport Beach investors Richard and Carole Pickup, sold the shares between July 18 and Aug. 29, according to the SEC filings. The two investment groups still hold a total of 1 million shares, or a 5.51% stake, in the company.
