Key returners: McKenna Glasgow, No. 1 doubles, Jr.; Ashley Harrington, No. 2 doubles, Sr.; Marisol Perea, No. 2 doubles, Jr.; Alissa Scott, No. 2 or 3 singles, played doubles last year; Nina Vaughan, No. 1 singles, quarterfinalist in Southern Section individual singles event, first team Times all-county in singles, So.; Megan Wachtler, No. 2 singles or 3 singles, finalist in section individual doubles tournament.
Key newcomers: Robin Coleman, No. 3 doubles, Sr.; Michelle Johnston, No. 3 doubles, Sr.; Kate Julian, No. 1 doubles, transfer from Kansas, Sr.
Outlook: The Sea Kings might not go undefeated in the Sea View League again, but they should be one of the county’s top teams. Their strength is singles, especially at No. 1 with Vaughan, one of the section’s best singles players. Doubles is a question, but Mang is an excellent doubles coach and he should have them coming together by season’s end.
