COLLEGE ROUNDUP : SCC Women Win Redlands Tournament

Michelle Peroni scored twice and Katie Kelley added another goal Saturday as Southern California College defeated Redlands, 3-1, to win the championship of the Redlands women’s soccer tournament.
Kelley, a freshman who had three goals, was selected tournament MVP.
In the UC Santa Barbara women’s volleyball tournament:
Florida 3, Long Beach State 0--Brita Schwerm had 13 kills and Misty May added 15 digs and 26 assists, but the 49ers (6-1) couldn’t keep up with Florida, losing, 7-15, 5-15, 9-15.
Earlier, Long Beach State defeated Michigan State, 3-2.
