Two veteran commercial real estate brokers have formed a new company and have announced their first coup--advising a firm that is moving from Newhall to Moorpark.
The agents, Michael K. Crocker and Michael C. DiMeo, have established Crocker DiMeo Realty, with offices in Camarillo and Ventura.
In addition to being a commercial property brokerage, the new concern offers relocation surveys, consulting and site-selection assistance.
Crocker and DiMeo say they have a combined total of 30 years of experience in Ventura County real estate. They add that their new firm recently advised SDI Inc., a 1,200-employee company that is relocating from Newhall to Moorpark.
