Allergan Inc.: The Irvine company has increased its holdings to 100% in Santen-Allergan, a joint venture company established in 1974 to make and sell contact lens care products in the Japanese market. Allergan will assume Santen Pharmaceutical’s 50% share of the joint company. Terms were not disclosed.
