Valley Office Vacancies Rise Slightly to 14.5%

Office vacancy rates in the San Fernando Valley increased slightly during the first six months of 1995, Grubb & Ellis Commercial Real Estate Services reported.
The vacancy rate stood at 14.5%, up from 13.4% during the first six months of 1994, the company said.
