NEWPORT BEACH — Five adults and a juvenile were arrested Sunday afternoon for trespassing in Bullock’s at Fashion Island, police said.
“They were protesting the sale of furs and they refused to leave,” said Sgt. Mike McDonough, a police spokesman. McDonough said the arrests were made without incident.
Store security personnel detained the group, which included two men and four women, police said.
The adults were each being held in lieu of $500 bail; the juvenile was to be released Sunday to an adult.
