The Oxnard Union High School District board voted this week to extend the contract of Supt. Bill Studt to June 30, 1997.
Studt, the district’s top administrator, will earn $96,920 in the coming year. The board annually evaluates his performance and, if the review is favorable, rolls over his two-year contract.
Studt, 50, has been superintendent of the Oxnard Union High School District since 1992.
He was formerly the district’s director of personnel.
He is in charge of running operations at the five-campus district and carrying out policy set forth by the district’s board of education.
