NEWPORT BEACH : Library Schedules Family Day Events

The Newport Beach Central Library is offering a free Family Day on Saturday featuring music, stories, crafts and other entertainment for children of all ages.
Events will include hands-on art projects and face painting. Clifford the Big Red Dog and other characters from children’s books will greet guests. Student art from the Mariner’s Madness Creative Encounter art project will be displayed in the Friends of the Library meeting room.
At noon, storyteller Barbara Klein will present a puppet program in the Friends meeting room. For younger children, Greggy Dee will tell stories at 1:30 p.m. in the Children’s Room. The Pacific Chorale’s Children’s Intermediate Chorus will perform at 2:30 p.m. in the Friends meeting room. The afternoon will wrap up with Juggling with Jahnathon in the Bamboo Courtyard at 3:30 p.m.
