L.L. Knickerbocker Co. Inc.: The firm said Tuesday that it has completed its initial public offering and will be traded on the Nasdaq small cap system under the ticker symbol KNIC. L.L. Knickerbocker develops celebrity products, such as the Marie Osmond Fine Porcelain Collector Dolls and the Annette Funicello line of collectible teddy bears, which the company plans to sell through infomercials.
The Rancho Santa Margarita-based company raised $4.9 million in its offering of 471,500 units, which sold for $10.50 per unit. Each unit consists of two shares of the company’s common stock and one warrant to purchase a share of common stock at a price of $6.50 a share.
