WESTLAKE VILLAGE : Musician to Donate $6,000 to School

Rock veteran Eddie Money is donating $6,000 in proceeds from a recent concert to White Oak Elementary School in Westlake Village.
Money put on the benefit concert Dec. 30 at the Ventura Theatre, said Richard Malfatti, the school’s principal.
“He has asked the parent-faculty group that the money be used for computers,” Malfatti said. “One of our goals is to have a Macintosh 575 in each classroom.”
Two of Money’s children attend school at White Oak.
