Guess Founder Set to Buy Into YES Clothing: Georges Marciano, who led jeans maker Guess Inc. through a period of explosive growth, has reached an agreement in principle to acquire an 80% stake in YES Clothing Co. for about $6 million. Under the deal--subject to the completion of a definitive purchase agreement--Marciano would pay $2 per share to YES Chairman George Randall and YES President Moshe Tsabag, who together own 3,028,500 of the company’s 3,821,000 outstanding shares.
