FULLERTON : Firefighters Find Body of Woman

The body of an unidentified woman was discovered Friday night in the aftermath of an apartment fire that investigators described as suspicious in origin.
At 6:20 p.m., firefighters were called to an apartment in the 1500 block of South Highland Avenue, according to Police Lt. Tony Hernandez. The blaze was confined to a single apartment, and firefighters quickly brought it under control, he said. However, large fans were needed to clear out the smoke.
Inside the apartment, authorities found the badly burned body of a woman. Arson investigators were called to determine the cause of the fire.
