BURBANK : Hearing on Airport Expansion Delayed

A court hearing on the Burbank Airport’s terminal expansion project has been postponed until Friday.
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Robert H. O’Brien granted the delay Monday to give airport officials more time to respond to written arguments from the city of Los Angeles.
The city of Los Angeles and four San Fernando Valley homeowners groups sued airport officials to halt the project, which would quadruple the size of the airport terminal by 2010.
