Bruce Arden has been named district manager of the Tri-Counties Division of Grubb & Ellis Co. He replaces William E. Schenck, who left to work with a family-owned health-care business.
Arden has been an executive and commercial real estate broker with Cushman & Wakefield, CB Commercial and the Charles Dunn Co. He will oversee Grubb & Ellis’ sales, investment and leasing activities in Ventura, Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties.
