Harvard-Westlake 21, Bishop Diego 20--Defensive back Kevin Goldfein intercepted a pass with 1:12 to play to preserve the Wolverines’ victory at Burroughs High. Derek Lemkin (seven of 14 passing for 132 yards) put the Wolverines (9-1-1) ahead by hitting Charu Turner on a deep crossing route for a 55-yard touchdown late in the third quarter to overcome a 20-14 deficit.
Mike Bou intercepted a pass at the Harvard four-yard line to stop an advance by Bishop Diego (5-6).
