SEASON AT A GLANCE: Hodges, a 6-foot middle blocker, has been one of the Chancellors’ most consistent hitters. Chatsworth was undefeated in Northwest Valley Conference play until the final match of the regular season and shared the conference title with El Camino Real.

WEEK AT A GLANCE: Hodges led the Chancellors to three-game victories in the opening two rounds of the 4-A playoffs. She had five aces in second-seeded Chatsworth’s 15-3, 15-3, 15-3 victory over Narbonne. Against undefeated Van Nuys, Hodges had 14 blocks and 12 kills in a 16-14, 15-10, 15-13 victory over the seventh-seeded Wolves. “Her blocking was outstanding,” Coach Bud Dow said. “It was her best game of the year.”
