Killeen to Run at NCAA Cross-Country

FULLERTON — Heather Killeen of Cal State Fullerton received an invitation Monday to the NCAA Division I cross-country championships Nov. 21 at the University of Arkansas.
Killeen had been on the borderline for a berth in the field after finishing 12th in the NCAA Region 8 championships Saturday in Tucson. She qualified by finishing third in the regional among those who didn’t qualify with a team. She is the first Titan to qualify for the Division I cross-country championships, Coach John Elders said.
