Kelley Going to San Diego State

Trabuco Hills’ Ryan Kelley, the Pacific Coast League’s most valuable player in baseball, has signed a letter of intent to play for San Diego State.
The right-handed pitcher, a second-team Times all-county selection, had a 10-3 record and a 1.09 earned-run average for the Mustangs, who won the league title.
