Countywide : Republican Candidates to Hold Weekend Rally

Gov. Pete Wilson, Senate hopeful Mike Huffington and six other Republican candidates on the Nov. 8 ballot will hold a rally Sunday at the Orange County Fairgrounds in Costa Mesa.
The “Republican Team ’94 Rally” will take place from 2 to 4 p.m. at the fairground’s Arlington Theater.
Other Republican candidates for statewide office scheduled to attend include Cathie Wright, who is running for lieutenant governor; Bill Jones, who is running for secretary of state; Tom McClintock, who is running for controller; Matt Fong, who is running for treasurer; Dan Lungren, who is running for attorney general; and Chuck Quackenbush, who is running for insurance commissioner.
