Clinton to Visit 11 States

WASHINGTON — President Clinton will barnstorm at least 11 states in an effort to boost Democratic candidates before Nov. 8 congressional elections, the White House said Wednesday. The states are New Jersey, Michigan, Connecticut, Florida, New Mexico, New York, California, Ohio, Rhode Island, Illinois and Washington.
