Fox to Buy Rest of Boston Station From Celtics: The unit of News Corp. said it agreed to buy the rest of WFXT-TV for about $80 million in cash. Fox Television Stations Inc. is exercising its right to acquire the remaining 49% of the station as part of an earlier agreement with the owners of the professional basketball team. The purchase is subject to the completion of Fox’s due diligence and to the signing of a definitive agreement. The companies also need regulatory approval.
