Security Environmental Systems Inc.: The company said Wednesday that it has agreed to purchase a hazardous-waste treatment facility in the Southeast.
Security Environmental, a hazardous-waste disposal company based in Huntington Beach, would not reveal the location of the plant or disclose terms of the sale except to say that it is expected to close by Oct. 31.
