David J. Brotman has been elected vice chairman of RTKL Associates Inc., a leading architectural/engineering firm. Brotman is also managing director of the firm’s Pacific Rim regional headquarters in Los Angles. He joined the firm in 1975 and was elected to the board in 1989. In 1992 he was named executive vice president and appointed to the firm’s executive management committee.
