Body of Woman Found in Palmdale

PALMDALE — The body of a woman who was shot to death was found on a isolated Palmdale roadside early Saturday morning, a sheriff’s spokesman said.
The unidentified woman was discovered about 4:30 a.m. on Mount Emma Road just east of Cheseboro Road near the Angeles National Forest, said Sgt. Ron Spear.
The investigation is continuing, said Spear.
