New Refrigerated Warehouse Planned for Ontario: Millard Refrigerated Services Inc. plans to employ 500 people at the proposed 600,000-square-foot facility. Construction of 300,000 square feet of the space will begin this fall, with completion scheduled for spring. Tom Dolfay, senior vice president of corporate planning, said the second 300,000 square feet is tentatively scheduled to be completed late next year or early in 1996. The work force will reach 500 by the time the entire warehouse is operating, Dolfay said.
