Mexican Industrial Output Rises: Production posted its largest monthly increase in more than a year in April, the Mexican Finance Ministry said, growing 6.5% compared to April, 1993. Construction led the way, rising 8.2% for the period. Electricity came next, rising 7.7%, then manufacturing at 6.7% and mining at 1.6%, the ministry said. For the first four months of 1994, industrial production was up 1.7% over the 1993 period.
