Security Environmental Systems Inc.: The Huntington Beach firm said Tuesday that it has bought a California hazardous waste management and transportation firm for about $500,000 in a combination of cash, stock and debt. Security Environmental declined to identify the company it purchased, saying only that it had 1993 revenue of $1.8 million.
