Colorado Firm Buys Thielen Group’s Facilities

ANAHEIM — A Colorado electronics maker said Tuesday that it has bought the manufacturing business of Anaheim-based Thielen Group Inc. for an undisclosed sum.
Thielen will continue to exist as a provider of manufacturing management and testing services.
But its electronics manufacturing facilities, bought by DOVatron International Inc., of Boulder, Colo., is being renamed DOVatron Manufacturing Southern California, and will employ the current 200 workers at a 37,000-square-foot plant in Anaheim.
The deal is expected to generate sales of approximately $15 million for DOVatron by the end of the year, the company said.
