As more members of Generation X enter the work force, their baby boomer bosses are finding they have a very different approach, Training magazine reports. They aren’t as career-oriented--they believe work is “what you do so you can have a life.” But that doesn’t mean they’re bad workers. Xers are better with computers and work well on their own.
