Apparently, Jordan Coach Ray Duron had seen enough.
After the Bulldogs gave up two runs on a lead-off walk and three consecutive singles, Duron pulled his team off the field in the bottom of the fifth inning.
South Gate won the Southeastern Conference game, 11-2.
“It was weird,” said South Gate assistant coach Scott Pearson. “One minute we were playing and the next minute (Duron) pulled all his players.”
South Gate catcher Danny Mojarro went three for three with one RBI and two runs scored.
