Oral Arguments Set in Proposition 103 Case: The California Supreme Court set a June 7 date for arguments in the case of 20th Century Insurance Co. vs. Insurance Commissioner John Garamendi, a key step in the legal struggle over the 1988 insurance rollback initiative. The hearing date is the same as that of the primary election for governor, in which Garamendi faces state Treasurer Kathleen Brown, a fellow Democrat.
