Premiere Acquires Full Interest in Mediabase

Premiere Radio Networks Inc., a Sherman Oaks radio station owner and syndicator of radio programming, acquired the remaining 50% of Mediabase Research Service that it did not own for $3.12 million in cash.

Premiere acquired the initial 50% interest in Mediabase in July for $350,000.

Based in Southfield, Mich., Mediabase does music research for radio stations.
