Another View of 20th Century

I must respond to a letter from Ray Boston of April 26th (regarding an April 12 story, “Post-Quake 20th Century Rethinks Strategy.”)
In recent months we had two claims with 20th Century Insurance Co. One for auto--one for burglary. These claims were handled quickly and efficiently and paid promptly.
This letter is not known to 20th Century or solicited by them.
