Members of a Mississippi-based white-supremacist group face arrest if they defy authorities and stage a march in Boston on Saturday, city officials said. Taking a tough stance against the plan by the Nationalist Movement, Boston authorities have denied the group a permit to march through the mainly working class district of South Boston, citing public safety concerns. But the group’s leader, Richard Barrett, vowed that his group will march without permission, setting the stage for a confrontation with police.
