West Covina : Dedication of Japanese Servicemen’s Memorial

The East San Gabriel Valley Japanese Community Center will dedicate a memorial May 29 to 11 Japanese American servicemen from the area who died during wartime duty.
Honorees include soldiers from World War II, the Korean War and Vietnam.
The soldiers’ families have been invited to the memorial ceremony, which starts at 1:30 p.m. in the center’s courtyard, 1203 W. Puente Ave.
