Los Amigos recorded four pins while shutting out Bolsa Grande, 67-0, Friday in Garden Grove League wrestling.
Thai Nguyen, at 103 pounds, Greg Faust (130), Luis Rivas (140) and Steve Reyes (189) each pinned their opponents for Los Amigos (10-3, 5-0). Bolsa Grande is 1-10, 0-5.
In Academy League girls’ basketball:
St. Margaret’s 55, Liberty Christian 34--Shay Trette scored 11 points for St. Margaret’s (13-1, 5-0). Lynlee Vaccaro scored 10 for Liberty Christian (12-8, 4-2).
In Arrowhead League girls’ basketball:
Anza Hamilton 40, Southern California Christian 17--Christine DeLeon scored six points for Southern California Christian (0-13, 0-7).
In the Express League:
Norwalk Pioneer Baptist 47, Heritage Christian 44--Pioneer Baptist outscored Heritage Christian, 5-2, in the last 30 seconds. Alisia Kean scored 15 points, making nine of 10 free throws for host Heritage Christian (10-7, 7-3). Pioneer Baptist is 9-1 in league.
