* Rita Lamkin has joined Greystone Homes Inc.’s South Coast division as vice president of sales and marketing. Before joining the company, Lamkin was director of sales for J.M. Peters Co., a Newport Beach home builder. She has also held executive positions with Danested Associates in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands; Trammell Crow Residential and Arvida Corp. in Florida; and the Irvine Co.
