Urethane Technologies Gets Patent

Urethane Technologies Inc. said Tuesday that it has received a patent for a composite rubber material that could be used in company products ranging from bicycle tires to shoe soles.
The Santa Ana company was awarded a patent for its “Stermic” material, which is a hybrid of rubber from auto tires and polyurethane industrial foam.
