Pactel Corp. Announces Management: The cellular phone and paging company recently spun off from Pacific Telesis Group said the policy-making group reporting to Sam Ginn, chairman and chief executive, will consist of Lee Cox, president and chief operating officer; Lydell Christensen, executive vice president and chief financial officer; Arun Sarin, senior vice president of corporate strategy-development and human resources; Jan Neels, president and chief executive of overseas businesses, and Margaret Gill, senior vice president of legal and external affairs. The company will have four units, handling domestic cellular, domestic paging, international operations and vehicle location.
