Just in time for fattening holiday meals is “The Great American Health Test,” which focuses on finding the proper balance of health factors, including diet, exercise, stress, weight, workload and family genes. Included will be a look at acceptable cholesterol levels and general health issues. The special is co-hosted by Chris Evert and sports commentator Andy Mills, today at 11:30 a.m. on KNBC-TV Channel 4.
