Matson Builders Hire VP for Home Building

Mark Kelly has joined Matson Builders in Irvine as vice president. He will head the home-building division, focusing on single-family residences in coastal Orange County. Kelly previously managed construction of residential communities for Brock Homes.

* Colin M. Forkner has been appointed managing director of the Orange County regional office of Northern Trust Bank of California in Newport Center. He joined the company in 1992, serving as a member of the board and managing director of the Pasadena regional office. Before that, he was a senior executive with both Security Pacific Bank and the Bank of California.

* Gary Elias has been appointed manager of the new Tourneau Swiss watch store in South Coast Plaza, Costa Mesa. Elias has been in the jewelry business for 20 years, beginning by designing his own jewelry and then working in sales.

* Bryan Moynahan has been promoted to director of field sales for the Western United States at Ingram Micro Inc., a Santa Ana wholesale distributor of microcomputer products. He will continue his present responsibilities of managing the Southwest and Northwest field sales teams. Moynahan joined Ingram Micro in 1987 as the Southwest regional sales manager.
