SEASON AT A GLANCE: Keiaho, who has rushed for more than 1,000 yards in each of his three previous seasons, is making his senior season his most prolific. Through seven games, he has 1,724 rushing yards and 25 touchdowns in 219 carries.
WEEK AT A GLANCE: Keiaho (5-foot-9, 200 pounds) was named the Cal-Hi Sports state athlete of the week for his 390-yard, five-touchdown rushing performance in Buena’s 74-34 victory over Hueneme on Friday. Keiaho has moved past former Crespi star Russell White and former Montclair Prep standout Eliel Swinton to become the No. 2 rusher in state history with 6,061 yards. White gained 5,998 yards in three seasons at Crespi. Swinton had 5,878 rushing yards. Keiaho trails only David Dotson, who piled up 7,257 yards in three seasons at Moreno Valley Valley View.
