Coto de Caza’s Kellee Booth has been named the Rolex girls’ junior golfer of the year for the second consecutive time by the American Junior Golf Assn.
Booth, a senior at Santa Margarita High, won nine events in 1993, including the USGA Girls’ Junior. Cypress’ Tiger Woods, a former boys’ player of the year, was named first-team All-American. Santa Ana’s Alicia Allison and Chris Berry of Yorba Linda were second-team selections.
