Gasoline Prices Rise: Prices at the nation’s gas pumps increased an average half-penny a gallon during the past two weeks, the latest Lundberg Survey of 10,000 gasoline stations showed. The nationwide average of gasoline prices, including taxes, for all grades rose from 117.52 cents a gallon in the Oct. 8 survey to 118.11 cents on Friday, said Trilby Lundberg, who compiles the twice-monthly survey.
