Nutrition know-it-alls might want to take “A Healthy Challenge: The National Nutrition Test,” an interactive special that uses a question-and-answer format to test viewers’ knowledge of protein, cholesterol and fats in the diet. Markie Post (“Hearts Afire”) is the host, today at 2 and 10 p.m., on cable’s Lifetime channel.
This weekend’s highlights include Games 1 and 2 of baseball’s World Series, with the Philadelphia Phillies at the Toronto Blue Jays. The games will be televised today and Sunday at 5 p.m. on CBS Channels 2 and 8.
President Clinton’s policies on Somalia and Haiti will be a popular topic on the public affairs shows.
