Clinton to Nominate Envoys to Denmark, Netherlands

WASHINGTON — President Clinton has announced that he will nominate K. Terry Dornbush to be ambassador to the Netherlands and Edward Elliot Elson to be ambassador to Denmark. Dornbush, 60, is a private investor in Atlanta. Elson, 59, is a professor of government and foreign affairs at the University of Virginia.
