Czechs to Form Export-Promoting Group: Trade officials are planning a foreign trade association to promote exports in developing countries from Southeast Asia to Latin America. Czech Minister of Industry and Trade Vladimir Dlouhy said small and medium-sized Czech companies are struggling the most and need formal assistance selling their products to developing markets. The Czech Republic needs to expand its exports in the Third World, especially in light of restrictions on trade with the European Community and other developed markets, Dlouhy said.
