Koll Co. Sells Riverside County Acreage: The Koll Co. of Newport Beach announced that it has sold about 30 acres of land in Riverside County to a subsidiary of Anheuser-Busch, paving the way for a 300,000-square-foot metal can manufacturing facility.
When completed, the $100-million facility is expected to employ 150 workers and produce 2 billion aluminum cans each year. The facility will be in the Mira Loma Commerce Center, a 297-acre development in Riverside.
