Village Christian 37, La Salle 0--Running back Jake Funk set a Village Christian rushing record with 206 yards in 34 carries at Kennedy High. Funk scored touchdowns on runs of four and three yards. The host Crusaders (3-1) rushed for 311 yards in the game. Enrique Borja added 48 yards and one touchdown in seven carries.
Village Christian held La Salle (0-3) to one first down and 22 total yards. Brian Rust led the defense with five tackles.
